Privacy policy

CryptoIndia is a cryptocurrency market scanner published by Shivam Verma (trading as CryptoIndia), Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. This policy explains what the app collects, why it needs it, who else sees it, and how you can have it removed.
The short version: the app needs your phone number to sign you in and a device token to send you alerts. Everything else is the scanners you build. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with advertisers or data brokers.
What is collected

What is never collected
- Your name, email address, date of birth or photo
- Your location — the app requests no location permission
- Your contacts, messages, photos, files or call history
- Your exchange API keys, wallet keys or seed phrases. The app cannot place trades or move funds, so it has no use for them and never asks.
- Card or bank details. Payment happens on Dodo Payments' own checkout page in your browser; we never see the card.
Who else sees your data
Only these service providers, each for the one job listed:
- Google Firebase — sign-in by phone number, and delivery of alert notifications. Firebase privacy

- Render — hosting for our server and database, in Singapore. Render privacy
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising or marketing beyond the AdMob case above.
Market data
Prices, volumes and candles come from the public market data feeds of Delta Exchange India and Binance. That data is about markets, not about you, and requesting it does not identify you to either exchange. The app is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by either.
Security
All traffic between the app and our server is encrypted in transit over HTTPS and secure WebSockets. Every request is authenticated with a signed Firebase token, and the server derives your identity from that token rather than trusting anything the app sends — so one account cannot read or change another's scanners or subscription.
How long it is kept
- Account, scanners and settings — until you ask us to delete them.
- Notification tokens — removed when you turn alerts off, sign out, or the token stops working.
- Alert history — cleared automatically after 30 days.
- Payment records — retained by Dodo Payments for as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after you delete your account. We cannot shorten this.
Your choices
- Delete everything — see Delete your account. It is honoured within 30 days.
- Turn off alerts — Settings → Scan alerts. Your device token is deleted from our server when you do.
- Cancel Premium — Settings → Cancel plan. Access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
- Reset your ad identifier — Android Settings → Google → Ads.
- Ask what we hold — email us and we will tell you.
Children
CryptoIndia is for adults and is listed on Google Play for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we will remove it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or who sees it, we will update the date at the top of this page and note the change in the app's release notes.
